Please note, if you do not already have a blog, you will need to create one at www.blogger.com before we can install the template for you.

Login Details

We will need to log in to your Blogger account to install the template. Please make sure to send the correct username and password. If you are unsure, please try logging in before sending. We can only try logging in once before being locked out.

Any Extra Information

You can use the box below to send us any extra information. For example, if you would like to keep your current header/banner image.

If you would like us to setup a profile photo for you in the sidebar (if your template includes one) please upload this to www.imgur.com and supply the link to your image. Also mention if you would like this to be a circle or square. Alternatively, you can update the profile photo at any time after installation.

We will install your new template within 48 hours. Please check your emails after submitting this form, we will send you a confirmation. If you have not received this within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junkmail folder.
