    Hi Phil,

Yes, all saved and I’ve checked for Pipdig updates and cleared my cache! I could send a screenshot?

    Thanks,
    Katrina

Are you sure there are no updates? It looks like you’re using version 2.0.9 of the “pipdig Power Pack” but the latest is 3.2. If you go to the “Plugins” page in your dashboard are any plugins requesting an update?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you! I’ve double checked the plugins and it says there are no updates available for Pipdig.

In that case you may need to complete the following steps to force the update:

          1. Go to the “Plugins” page and delete the “pipdig Power Pack”.
          2. Go to “Appearance > Install Plugins”.
          3. Install the “pipdig Power Pack”.

You should keep all your settings. Let me know if that fixes it 🙂

    Hi Phil,

I’m having issues getting the Twitter widget to work. I have put in my twitter username (katrinascamera) but when I go to my blog, it says that the setup is not complete. I had a google to see how I could find the widget ID but I don’t believe that is used anymore?
Also, I don’t have options for how many tweets I would like to be shown… just so you know, in reference to the screenshots above.

    Thanks,
    Katrina

Hi Katrina, this might be a silly question, but are you 100% sure you clicked the “save” button after adding your Twitter username? The error message you’re seeing will show if the widget has no Twitter username set in the options.

Are all plugins updated to the latest version?
