Hi, I have added an image (advert) to the sidebar and footer of my website using this widget, but I have been told by the company that provided it to me that they don’t see it even though I do (even when I am logged out). They are using the same browser as me (Firefox and Safari).

Hi Helen, that’s odd, I can see the ad at the bottom. I assume it’s this one? It’s definitely there, are they looking in the correct place?

They have just responded that they are seeing things now – I think it might have been the ad blocker. Many thanks for checking things out for me Phil!

I have one last question – I was wondering if the image could be higher on the page, but I don’t think that can be done with this widget?

          Glad that fixed it!

Where abouts on the page would you like it to show? You could try using the “Header Full Width” section instead. Or is there another position you had in mind for it?
