There are a number of reasons why Bloglovin' may not work.

Some common reasons are:

Your blog is brand new

You may need to publish a few posts before your blog is picked up by Bloglovin'. You will then be able to claim your blog. If your blog is only a few weeks old or has less than 5 posts, you might not be able to claim your blog yet.

Your RSS feed is not fully enabled

You will need to make sure that your blog's RSS feed is fully enabled. You can do this by going to the Settings > Other page in your blog's dashboard. From there, make sure that "Full" is selected:

Your blog is set to "Private"

Your blog will need to be publicly available to work on Bloglovin'. Make sure that your blog is set to public under "Settings":
